In April 2024 TGP Communications filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, citing defamation lawsuits; the case was dismissed in July 2024, the judge finding it had been filed in bad faith to avoid those lawsuits. In October 2024 the site settled a defamation suit brought by the Georgia election workers Ruby Freeman and Wandrea’ ArShaye Moss; the AP reported that nearly 70 articles were removed.Sources:2Wikipedia: The Gateway Pundit, Wikipedia (source, opens in a new tab)
